God in My Day

A beautiful bedtime prayer companion, inspired by the work of Henri Nouwen, that will inspire children to reflect on the events of the dayand help them notice the ways that God was present all along

Built on the ancient Christian tradition of Daily Examen, God in My Day infuses the tradition of bedtime prayer with fresh meaning as children learn to look over their days and literally pray their lives. The book captures the desire of children to talk about the everyday occurrences of their day and helps them understand the love and delight God has for them.

Children have strong and powerful emotions but dont always have the vocabulary to express them. God in My Day gives them a chance to talk about their feelings and experiencesboth negative and positiveand notice how God was present.Marla Stewart Konrad
