The Essence Of Ethics

“Our desperate need for a universal set of moral principles is dramatized each evening by the six o’clock world news broadcast,” Frederick Bauer says in the preface to this work. In the Essence of Ethics Bauer examines how we can arrive at those principles. In this ground-breaking study, Bauer maintains, “How to be happy has nothing to do with how to be good. Only how to contribute to others’ happiness does.”Frederick R. Bauer, Frederick R., Ph.D. Bauer
